"Pool View" Original Modern Abstract Painting
Some paintings fill a wall. Others change the way a room feels.
Pool View brings the quiet luxury of a sunlit coastal retreat into your home. Sweeping aqua blues, sparkling turquoise, and soft sandy neutrals move across the canvas like light dancing over water, creating a sense of space, stillness, and effortless elegance.
Spend a moment with it and the room begins to exhale. The horizon-like movement invites you to slow down, while Dora Woodrum’s rich, hand-sculpted impasto texture gives the painting a beautiful physical presence. As natural light shifts throughout the day, the raised ridges catch the glow and reveal new layers of depth, color, and movement.
This is artwork for the space you want to come home to, a place that feels composed, expansive, and quietly alive. Hang it above a sofa, in a serene bedroom, or wherever you want to create the feeling of an open view and a little more peace. Pool View is not simply a painting for your walls; it is an invitation to live surrounded by calm.
